Deployed the Salus web documentation framework on Microsoft Azure, transitioning legacy data to an evergreen model. Real-time dashboards and change controls now secure full OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance during expansions.
Minimizing plant downtime and optimizing maintenance costs for aging crude distillation units and high-pressure steam boilers. Star Global conducted API 580/581 Risk-Based Inspections, modeling chemical corrosion mechanisms and executing API 579 FFS assessments. The project extended the safe operating lifecycle of process vessels while reducing reactive inspection shutdowns by 35%.
